PEUMAKMU GAMPOENG FUND
As we know budget of APBA 2009,641,1M.To success program Financial Subsidy Peumakmu Gampong(BKPG).Data which enter 6.411 gampoeng,and just channelled about 810 gampong instead still in first phase and its remains 5.601 gampoeng its not yet got nothing.To obstruct of process liquefaction of this fund because is not valid of fund.Actually its less valid the data of storey level of gampoeng or the complicated information of related parties?
the related parties should more brooding in the case of which arranging finance and budget amount its needed.better before there are budgeting and planning an estimation,the goverment have to be tabulate data which enter from storey level of II by konkrit and valid.At the least its data concerning gampoeng have to research of subdistrict,from subdistrict sending to the regency,and then data will sending to related on duty. Because with liquefaction from some of this fund can obstruct construction gampoeng and available period only 2 months again from budget year 2009.
In fact Program of BKPG can materialized if the agent of that program can be solid in making planning, execution, and also observation. To yield program which with quality, in activity of program of BKPG,Aceh goverment also better provide consultant of associate and of fasilitator program to countryside society group to execute program of BKPG.
Though this Program is very good because to purpose in order to degradation of poor resident amount in Aceh which in this time reach 23,53 percentage of 4 million soul resident of Aceh.We wish the Program will be success later on.
