In this case tells about The Red Cross. Because of the September 11 tragedy, American people donated their money for helping the victims and their family. But, the Red Cross thought that it was more important to use the money for the victims. So, they decided to use the $543 million donation for the infrastructure. Hearing that news, the American people got upset. It seemed that the Red Cross didn’t commit its initial decision. For the result, the president of the Red Cross, Dr. Bernadine Healy, resigned.
